Al-Anon meetings are back!

After several years of being dormant, our weekly Al-Anon meeting has resumed in Redemptorist church. That is good news for all who are living with an alcoholic, or any other person who is affected by someone’s drinking. Meetings are “opposite” the AA room. If you want to attend, just show up before 7:30 PM on Saturdays.Check contacts if you have any questions.

Looking for AL Anon meeting around Talisay. It’s OK as long as there’s one I can go to when I’m there. I don’t live there but will be coming to be with my relatives left by my brother who struggled with the disease and eventually lost his life 2 days ago. Is there a contact person for the meetings? Thanks much.

    Hi,

I’ve been looking for Al-anon meeting in Cavite or nearby but still could not find one. I have contacted WSO and they have no listing either. I was informed by WSO that I could start one but I feel I’m too new in the group. For the past months I just content myself with literatures & an online group. I have attended one AA meeting and met with another woman whose husband is in AA. I was hoping that you could help me in one way or another so I can have an F2F meeting in my place.

    Thanks,
    Jocel

    1. Sorry for late reply – did you get help from the conversation we had on the Yahoo forum?
